Terms & Conditions 1. The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services offered by the ASCP and all prices are exclusive of the GST unless otherwise stated. GST is calculated at the date of publication of this document. The ASCP reserves the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of the GST. 2. Payment is required to secure your ticket to the event/course. If the event is cancelled on behalf of the ASCP, your payment will be refunded. 3. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of 10% of the total price. 4. 50% of fees will be forfeited if withdrawal is more than 14 days in advance of the event date. 5. Fees are non-refundable if withdrawal is less than 14 days in advance of the event date. 6. All monies are payable in Australian dollars. 7. Cheques should be made payable to Australian Society For Concrete Pavements and must be drawn on an Australian bank. 8.
