TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EVENT AND TRAINING BOOKING 1. The Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% is applicable to all goods and services offered by The Australian Society for Concrete Pavements and all prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST is calculated at the date of generation of this registration and the event and training managers reserve the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of GST. 2. This price is valid for 30 days from date of generation and following its expiration date, the training and event managers reserve the right to review pricing. 3. By proceeding with your registration, you are securing the stated event, date, the price and its terms and conditions are formally accepted. An invoice will be generated and must be paid in full 7 days prior to the commencement of the secured event and/or training day. All monies are payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). 4. Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, a service fee of 50% of total fees apply for cancellation 5 days prior to event and/or training held in person and 48 hours prior to event and/or training held online.
