
About Mr. Tingle
Mr. Tingle is a Senior Scientific Technical Manager and Program Manager in the Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Mr. Tingle routinely leads large multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex engineering problems. Mr. Tingle has 30 years of experience focused upon transportation research and development with individual areas of expertise including soil stabilization, pavement design, pavement construction, pavement evaluation, accelerated pavement testing, and military engineering.
Mr. Tingle is the primary author or co-author of more than 250 technical papers and ERDC/WES reports that encompass such topics as soil mechanics; geosynthetics; soil stabilization; pavement evaluation, pavement design, dust abatement, and airfield damage repair. Mr. Tingle’s research has earned him numerous awards.
