The concrete Pavement in Victoria Parade is on the eastbound carriageway between Brunswick and Hoddle Streets in Collingwood, a distance of about 1.25 km. The concrete pavement is of the Jointed unreinforced tyre. Original construction documents indicate that the contraction points are dowelled. The subbase was constructed from unbound wet-mixed crushed rock.
