Usage of recycled concrete aggregates produced from crushed demolished concrete has been limited due to its higher cost and the difficulty caused from its major ingredients, cement mortar, and by-product powder. However, the exhaustion of aggregate resources and increase demand of preserving the natural environment require developing an effective application of the recycled concrete aggregates through simple production process with lower cost. In response to this growing need, the authors have investigated the applicability of recycled aggregates from demolished concrete for roller compacted concrete pavement. The results from the experimental construction shows all of the recycled materials can be used as both of fine and coarse aggregates with a little adjustment of some mixing parameters. This paper demonstrates that our new approach is an effective way of concrete reuse comparing with the conventional method
